• TBWA\ UK Group is a Creative Advertising Agency, in my position as HR Officer my role was a HR generalist position. The main responsibilities of this role include the following areas:
• Conduct induction meetings, covering a tour of all the departments in the building. Inform new starters of health and safety policies such as fire drill procedure, etc.
• Maintain an Employee Handbook which includes up to date policies and procedures and make sure it’s available in hard copy and the intranet.
• Respond to queries from employees on TBWA Group policies and procedures.
• Administer the new joiner process. For example, ensure appropriate internal sign off, issue contracts/new joiner documents, obtain references, and prepare induction packs.
• Administer all leaver documentation including booking exit interviews and conducting exit interviews at the appropriate level. Collate exit information data to produce quarterly reports.
