I completed an Associates degree at Suny Adirondack for Individual studies with a focus in Political Science. I then went on and graduated from Campbell University with a Business Management Degree. I had an internship gaining experience in the Property Management field. I now have a Project Management role with Clancy and Theys Construction Company.As a Project Engineer at Clancy and Theys Construction Company I apply my knowledge and skills by keeping the project organized and flowing smooth. I build a relationship and connect with the trades. I receive Submittals, RFIs, send out IRNs, receive signed contracts and make sure they are in compliance. I work closely with the Superintendent and Project manager on planning and scheduling trades, procurement of materials and deliveries, PCOs/change orders, punch, and closeout documentation. Everyday I am learning something new and expanding my knowledge in the construction industry.
