Full-time position at an elementary school with 500 students. Duties include: vision, hearing and other health screenings, medication administration, first aid and emergency care, and treatment to sick / injured students. Provided health education and counseling to students and staff, including proper use of epi-pens, anti-epileptics and other medications in preparation for field trips. Student population included seizure disorders, allergies of several degrees, different special learning and medical needs, and other chronic illnesses. Maintained accurate, detailed reports, medication and immunization records. Collaborated with healthcare staff and community, including social workers, psychologist, teachers, doctors, family members, and referred to community resources. Maintained up-to-date cumulative health records on all students enrolled at the respective campus and individual student treatment records.

Full-time volunteer position caring for and educating 35 girls. Duties included, but not limited to: Dailyadministration of medication, first aid and wound care, coordination of appointments and therapies.Additional duties included: Working with children who have special learning needs and planning andimplementing educational activities, such as games and lessons to teach about different topics.

165 fast-paced hours focused on care of patients in the emergency department and trauma bay.

45 clinical hours focused on care of acutely ill patients and their families. Including: vital signs, intake and output, assessment, bathing, medication administration, and dressing changes.

90 clinical hours focused on the care of chronically ill children. Including: vital signs, intake and output, assessment, bathing, medication administration, dressing changes, respiratory care, and care of PEG tube.

90 clinical hours focused on the care of women before, during and after labor and delivery, and the care of newborns.

90 clinical hours focused on care of acutely ill patients and their families. Including: vital signs, intake and output, assessment, bathing, medication administration, and dressing changes.

90 clinical hours focused on psychiatric mental health assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of adults with various acute and chronic psychiatric and mental health problems. Including attending and assisting with group therapy, using therapeutic communication, taking vital signs, talking with and assisting clients with their daily goals, and long-term goals.

Cared for and helped to implement daily routines for twin 5-month old's. Activities including but not limited to the following: dressing, diaper changing, bathing, feeding (g-tube), administering medications (g-tube), visual and auditory stimulation, sensory motor activities, exploring the environment, monitoring vital signs, care of PEG tube site, and care of nasal cannula. As a caregiver I helped with laundry, and light housekeeping relating to the child.

Cared for and played with 1-10 children whose ages ranged from 1 month to 14 years old.

60 clinical hours focused on, but not limited to: vital signs, assessment, medication administration, bathing, feeding, and basic care of the patient.

Swept and mopped the floor, wiped tables, and dusted the cafeteria.

As a caregiver I helped with laundry, and light housekeeping relating to the child. In addition, helped child communicate via his Compass Communication device.

This fast-paced job included the preparation, presentation and cleanup of food for many hungry concert-goers. The pace of this job required multitasking, and preparation of many dishes at once while keeping a clean work area.
