I led various projects including: i) Facilitation of stakeholders for the United Nations General Assembly Special Session (UNGASS) on HIV/AIDS 2010 for Kenya; ii) Provided leadership and management of the Services Availability and Readiness Assessment including health facility mapping (SARAM) in Kenya iii) Development of Gender Mainstreaming Guidelines and Action Plan for National HIV/AIDS Response in Kenya; iv)Led the study on socio-economic impact of HIV/AIDS on Service Delivery in Governance Justice Law and Order Service Institutions (GJLOS) in Kenya

Advised the Government of Tanzania and Belgium Technical Cooperation (donor) on the implementation of health systems strengthening for community, dispensary, health center, and district hospital levels (primary health care levels); establishment of sustainable financing mechanism for health services at those levels, Revolving Drug Fund, and community health insurance fund.
