▪ Ensure contract compliance, governance, due diligence and formulating strategies for global utilities, engineering, stationery and estate management contracts. Identified with stakeholders savings initiatives and developing projects delivering models bringing value to the bank in respect to commercial savings, portfolio right sizing, carbon reduction, reputation benefits across these categories▪ Supplier management for Global Vendor Management (GVM) for furniture & fittings and carpet contracts. Achieved savings of GBP1.5m by initiating global roll-out of single source signage supplier for Barclays' Values across global properties▪ Understand new developments in utilities markets and data collection in the various region to develop utilities strategies. Also, introduction of energy savings measures to reduce usage.▪ Projects in progress outside existing categories include developed South Africa capital projects business case and strategies for branch network developments working closely with local Africa sourcing team, PMO office and stakeholders▪ Awarded with Outstanding Contribution award

▪ Overall execution of corporate services for Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) focusing on vendor/ contract management, management reporting including vendors report analysis, client cost reports, Jones Lang LaSalle reports, monitoring and ensuring achievement of vendors contracts Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proposals on cost savings measures and work efficiency for vendors contracts.▪ Develop close working relation with CRES Client, Barclays Sourcing and users to ensure expected service levels are achieved and maintaining positive image for CRES and JLL by delivering excellent standard of services. Regular discussions with Client to understand their process and procedures to ensure contracts and existing policies are in compliance.▪ Identify areas of cost savings through realignment of work processes for various vendor contracts without compromising on the existing KPIs. Recommendations are also put forth for continuous improvement. Consolidation of existing vendors for various sites and/or bundling of works to achieve administrative and cost efficiency.
