nvolved in the translation of the research documents Assist with RDS sampling management Consent and enroll subjects Interview individuals to obtain and document relevant information on a standardized questionnaire Collect biological specimens(e.g. venous blood ) from participants for HIV,CD4 and viral load testing Administer rapid HIV test following standardized directions Administer CD4 test following standardized directions Processes samples including for viral load in accordance with standard guidelines Conduct pre and post test counseling session as per counseling protocols Assesses client referral needs and makes referral during the counseling sessions Manage HIV and CD4 test result record form, specimen processing form and referral forms Assist with peer case manager oversight and support Coordinate with MARP/NSP service Collect study data and help in preparation of reports Perform other duties that may be given by the Nurse team leader ,Coordinator and the principle investigator
