Colleagues describe her as "Grace was an independent contractor selling buckets of Christmas Cookies for Cookie Time Limited during the seven weeks preceding Christmas 2021 and 2020. The role involved running a business: buying, selling and delivering buckets of cookies within a set sales territory in New Zealand. As an independent contractor, this opportunity operates on a margin only basis, involving a series of sales targets. Grace had a 19% increase in sales in her second campaign, reaching her 4th and final target while navigating COVID-19 restrictions. Grace was a valued member of our sales team in 2020 and 2021, and demonstrated many of the characteristics and skills we look for in our Christmas Cookies sellers.
