Founded in August of 2006 as Captivating Moments Event Planning & Management. Originally an Event Planning & Management company, we discovered how closely Marketing & Events were tied together in order to see great success. Rather than outsourcing the marketing efforts, we grew those skills into our everyday business to maximize our service offering to our customers. We've decided to now offer these same marketing services to all our clients with events or as pure marketing efforts.Re-launched in 2016 and now called Premier Production Group, we are a Small Business interested in helping other small business find success in their marketing and event efforts.

After 10 years in corporate event planning, I chose to launch a home-based business as anindependent event planner, specializing in weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, andprivate or non-profit celebrations. Through well-established relationships with a varietyof industry experts, I am able to help my clients create unique, affordable and memorableevents, by providing reliable services and excellent customer care. As a new businessowner, I have gained a great deal of exposure & knowledge, by being an active memberof the Tracy Chamber of Commerce, Tracy Women's Forum Association, Give Every Child A Chance of Tracy and the Tracy Hispanic Business Group. Through these organizations and several others, I have been involved with many local community activities & events, providing my services & expertise to aid in their mission and goals. Together we've hosted numerous successful community events and fundraisers.

Served as and Event Manager for a series of executive events and forums. Created eventoutlines, managed budgets, worked with all associated vendors and provided onsite eventmanagement for product seminars & workshops designed to increase exposure acrossCisco’s engineering communities. Responsibilities also included direct management ofsupporting staff, and involvement in coordinating of all audio-video requirements toensure a successful production. Events held at headquarters in San Jose were often madeavailable via the web, for offices across the world. Capacity for these events ranged fromsmall training classes of 24 students to large, multiple-venue workshops with over 1000attendees. When necessary, I also identified & established several partnershipopportunities across multiple departments within the company, to help reduce finalproduction costs.

Training/ Event Coordinator for the Engineering Education Department, responsible formanaging both local and offsite training seminars & courses as required by management.Responsibilities included daily collaborations with various vendors, partner groups andindividuals, to identify requirements, define a strategy and create a timeline for execution& evaluation of all projects and/or events. Excellent communications, multi-tasking andattention to detail, were essential to successfully managing the engineering trainingprograms and events assigned.

Served as a Cisco Corporate Receptionist for several buildings during my first year as aCisco employee. As a receptionist, I was required to greet and assist all visitors to the mainlobby. Due to the high call volume, Receptionist were required to answer a minimum of 400calls per day, in addition to completing clerical duties for their building’s employees. After ayear, I was promoted to Enrollment Coordinator for Engineering Education, and theresponsibilities including fulfillment of all registration request received through thedepartment email database. Coordinating the classroom logistics for local and remotetraining locations, including scheduling, registration process, training material distributions,student attendance tracking & outstanding customer service.
