Ms. Parrish has a broad legal background with experience in corporate and commercial litigation. With her litigation background, she utilizes her knowledge to counsel corporate clients in identifying and managing risks relating to general business and employment matters. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and corporate documents. Ms. Parrish has a range of substantive experience acting as both defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel. Representative cases include defending accounting professionals in professional malpractice claims and regulatory actions; defending automobile dealerships in personal injury, consumer actions, and employment actions; defending complex construction defect actions and consumer class actions; prosecuting special education matters on behalf of students and families. She has a unique combination of high tech training with her first job performing computer programming functions. Her passion for technology has led her to serve as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School and the University of California, Irvine School of Law teaching courses in electronic discovery.
