I work within the youth support and advocacy community for 5 years consistently in different Jobs roles ( past. And ongoing). I am passionate about youth empowerment because I believe the success for the next generation depends on the decision and choices we as community make in the moment, that impact our youth. With my desire to not just see the change but to be a part of the change, I have had the opportunities to be a part of the south Australian commissioner for youth and young people advisory committee members from 2020-2021. In this role I was involved in decisions making and policies that impact our youth within the community. I also work with multicultural Youth SA leadership board and my role is to advocate for Young people receiving services within the organisation. I have had the opportunity to mentors youth within my community, church and area of work. I am the aware winner for 7 News Young achiever spirit of resilience award 2020 and the category award presenter for 2022. My desire and aspirations is be a part of our nation building where no young person is left behind. I aspire to be in a community where we can work together, hand in hand to close the gaps that divides us. My desire is to see that no Young person is labeled by their past, their community, their family or culture. I am very much passionate about young people living above stigmatisation, fears or limiting beliefs. It is my Joy to not just be a part of the change or see the change, but to also become the change within my community and Beyond.
