Currently, I am completing my final year at Ohio University in the College of Business. As well as being in the CoB, my home college is the Honor Tutorial College, where I am working on my Senior Year Thesis. I began at Ohio University as a Business Administration major and have remained in the College of Business since, although my interests within the field have developed and expanded. As a senior, I will be graduating with an HTC Business Administration degree, with a focus on Marketing, Data Analytics, and Finance. While at OU, I've learned the versatility of the different majors, and different business functions and admire the ability to bring different skills and backgrounds to each conversation. Additionally, Ohio University has given me so many opportunities that I feel so privileged to recieve.One opportunity in particular has been participating in the Global Consulting Program in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, where I was able to immerse myself into a new culture while maintaining the focus of my marketing studies in particular. Further, I have completed a corporate internship with Avient Corporation out of their Avon Lake, Ohio headquarters. At Avient I interned in the Human Resources department, and did some development and analysis of the Early Talent Program. Some objectives of the position we're building Brand Awareness for the Early Talent Program, Increasing Diversity within their Early Talent recruiting processes, and streamlining the intern events for the summer which consisted of communicating event details, setting up events, and coordinating schedules. Some of my workplace passions consist of leading others, building out projects and plans, interacting and collaborating with teammates, clients, and executives, and seeing tangible results.Further, several other skills I possess are utilizing excel, communication, exemplifying leadership, and the ability to sort through problems.
