Currently managing a diverse portfolio of market rate apartment communities in the greater Portland, Salem and Eugene markets. My specialty is managing assets with strategic planning in mind towards practical and income producing results.

I managed on both the portfolio side, as well as a range of site positions at apartment communities from 100-250 units. Doing both was a unique challenge for me, and very rewarding and learning experience understanding both sides of managing properties.

I took on the Oregon market with this position, with a very diverse portfolio of downtown, inner eastside and suburban market rate apartment communities, HUD and SRO affordable housing, with a specialty in vintage buildings.

Tackling new responsibility, I took on managing a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, including distressed properties in a challenging financial situation, vintage era student housing, a small commercial property, as well as several condominium associations.

My very first property management position was as acting assistant to four Portfolio Managers as well as one maintenance supervisor for a diverse portfolio around the Boston area. I did it all in this job, filed, composed letters for all residents, scheduled maintenance, placed supply orders, managed leasing activity with teams of Real Estate Brokers.
