Responsibilities include but were not limited to;Supporting children in the classroom environment.Helping pupils achieve their targets in school by initiating their learning across the primary curriculum.Supporting SEN pupils with ADHD, Dyslexia and delayed cognitive functions.Planning and delivering interactive and stimulating lessons which were differentiated to individual needs of children. Assisting vulnerable students access the resources they need to develop their education further.Communicating with other teachers, parents and subject specialists to help create the best possible environment for young people to thrive in.Working with outside agencies to gain a deeper understanding of disabilities in my classroom.Collate, process and analyse pupil progress academic data.
