The hybrid role of receiving and maintenance clerk utilizes roles from scheduling managing the delivery chain, and maintain a seamless low or zero down time on all equipment, dock doors, and facilities within the warehouse. In addition coordinating all scheduling for both maintenance and receiving activities with the security department. Receiving The scheduling role entails managing the delivery chain from scheduling multiple outside vendors through delivery acceptance while updating, cross referencing, and updating all documents and gates in the process. Managing the pallet flow to ensure that the warehouse is always stocked with enough pallets for outbound deliveries, while also ensuring the spare pallets are picked up by vendor. Review and receive all purchase orders requested by vendors to ensure delivery was smooth and all product was received in full and properly packaged leveraging Reflections software. Vendor purchase orders and bill of ladings validation via Onbase software. Provide business workflow and tasking for downstream internal customer ensuring job completion. Sorting Retalix receiving software output sorting by received goods into appropriate dock location.Build company wide daily averages for multiple departments to ensuring company standard pieces per hour. Maintenance Clerk responsibilities maintain a seamless low or zero down time on all equipment, dock doors, and facilities within the warehouse. Validate work completion for both internal and external resources. Verify workload balance across department resources.Outside vendor relationship managerCreating spreadsheets for the each quarter, period, and year for the master maintenance budget. Collaborate with maintenance department head on annual budget of $400,000.00 per year. Strategize efficient use of maintenance employees’ to ensure proper work load is evenly distributed between 6 workers.
