• Support the employer in preparing counterclaims against contractors.

Philippines

• Carrying out various tasks in preparation of pre-contract and post contract cost advice from preliminary to final design stage including cost comparison
• Establishing budget for all contracts of the work packages for project
• Ensure accurate Cash flow reporting takes place and carry out cost management and forecasting
• Prepare various main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated subcontractors for tender and contract formalization.
• Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with project team for commercial performance & strategy
• Plan, assign, supervise and monitor subordinates designated work assignment related to tendering process for Nominated Sub-Contract Works

Makati

• Estimation with calculation of quantities and preparing BOQ from New York and Boston Projects (US Projects)
• Perform cost control and value engineering
• Material reconciliation and preparing cost reports.
• Perform estimation thru On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Bluebeam software and ensuring completeness of the take-off.
• Verify and consolidating of Progress Billing to Clients and Subcontractor billings.

Philippines

• Initially reviews incoming change orders for basic attachments and returns it to site if Change Order attachments is insufficient; technical role
• Assesses the validity of change order, quantity, cost and negotiate its final amount with the contractor; specialist role
• Process, Endorse and files change order for head office, QS output with Purchase Orders
• Quantity Surveying-Bid, secondary role is to assist in making estimates and costing for a project proposal
• Quantity Surveying-Data, secondary role is to assist in making studies and budgeting for upcoming additional works/projects.

Philippines

• Prepare BOQ and cost all the quantities therein for the approval of Unit Head.
• Validation of contractor’s progress & final billings as per Milestone and contract condition
• Maintain, monitor, update with the theoretical quantities versus actual quantities as per completion in site
