Responsible for the global planning and coordination of training employee sessions for 3 main corporate programs : Quality, Diversity and Project Management :✴️ Build the schedule with our internal clients and NokiaEDU stakeholders 275 sessions delivered in 2017, in 50 locations, for 5115 learners.130 sessions in 2016✴️ Supervise the set-up of sessions and follow up with the event coordinators on the different activities.✴️ Ensure event data accuracy maintained in the Learning Management System.✴️ Maintain quality of events managed and coordinated by flexible workforce.✴️ Take proactive measures for successful and positive learning experience (one important KPI: make it simple for learner) and feedback.✴️ Administer monthly student course evaluation and instructor feedback.

Main mission : Responsible for the global coordination of training employee sessions.406 delivered sessions in 2016 : 278 classroom sessions, 128 virtual sessions.- Supervise the set-up of sessions and follow up with the 5 coordinators.- Lead the 2 bi-monthly team calls.- Coordinate the coordinators’ activities for the Accreditation program (call minutes with action points for each).- Supervise scheduling, follow up registrations, cancellations or postponements.- Work with the Vendor Management team on Purchase orders, invoices.- Follow-up with the coordinators the « Review and Jury Boards ») that assess the candidates in the People@ Program.

Coordination of global training programs (leadership, accreditation, people manager, diversity programs, throughout the years…)Until 2012, I was mainly working on the Leadership program for HIPOs and Corporate High Potentials. I worked closely with the HRBPS on the nominations, provided assistance to the participants throughout their learning track, sent information related to the logistics of a session and also prework, prereading, etc. I was also in charge of creating the sessions in the LMS and maintaining up to date the information in the SharePoint.✴️ Plan and organize sessions (Virtual or classroom)✴️ Book resources with Vendors (dates, trainers...)✴️ Coordinate with team/customer facing project managers to execute training sessions on time✴️ Check and validate candidate files in the Accreditation program for the zone I was in charge of (META: Middle East, Turkey and Africa) : 93 in 2014 220 in 2013 205 in 2012 (out of a total of 700 accredited candidates). ✴️ Publish the Global Training Calendar✴️ Share evaluation feedback with the Program manager or any stakeholder
