I’m the type of person who self-regulates within projects very well; I appreciate structure, so in an unregulated environment, I often begin a project by creating a structure of my own. I am inquisitive, and due to this, I often find myself in a position where people come to me to discuss projects and ask questions of their own.Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where communication is promoted, and I have either a structured timeline or the flexibility to create my own timeline for the project. I also enjoy working in a team so that I can talk through a project beforehand to make my work more efficient on the back end.
