Served as the lead undergraduate ambassador for welcoming and hospitality for the Center for Global Engagement at Baylor University. Responsible for leading a committee of other ambassadors to help optimize the arrival process and quality of time at Baylor University for international students and third culture kids. Designed, distributed, and analyzed surveys given to students about the arrival process to Baylor. Survey results were utilized to improve and modify Baylor's arrival procedure for international students.
