Responsible for leading all document control function for Greater Asia and R & D. Provide quality support function. Maintains a document management system for documentation that complies with quality and regulatory requirements. Leads continuous improvement effort. Capable of taking broad work assignments requiring minimal supervision.Responsibilities include the following tasks:- Acts as Document Coordinator and DHF Administrator across all business. Business Administrator for SAP (ECC 6.0) System.- Chairs ECRO Strategy meeting for all businesses; follows up on, and ensure timely completion of initiation, processing, and completion of ECROs.- Performs day-to-day coordination activities under minimal supervision, following specific and detailed instructions.- Maintains a Master document register of the latest revision of all project documents/drawings. - Generate transmittal and maintain an audit trail of who was sent what and when.- Manage revisions to documents with an automatically maintained document history.- Manage the document/drawing review process, Internal and External.- Issues and controls the numbering system of documents according to various types of documents.- Performs review of each document submitted for change/review to ensure compliance with existing procedures; identifies affected documentation and defines appropriate actions.- Participates in the coordination, review, approval of new documents, and document revision. - Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and available to appropriate personnel- Ensure recipients have issued the latest revisions of documents that they have previously received at an earlier revision.

Projects: GWF- Woodside; Shell-Bonga; WEL- PersephoneResponsible for receiving, auditing & registering in ASSAI system for all incoming supplier documents to ensure project compliance before uploading to SAP database. Responsibilities include the following tasks: In-charge for daily processing and document expediting for projects, such as: Greater Wester Flank (GWF), Shell Bonga, WEL - Persephone & ENI Jangkrik. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence with different engineering disciplines within the project. Responsible for Master Deliverable Register’s (MDR) updates and monitoring. Generate various document control reports as required and maintain and secure electronic records through ASSAI system (document management software). Ensure that all approved Supplier documentations are uploaded/maintained in FMC SAP system. Coordinator for all electronic supplier document submission and consistently interacts with Global team for alignment of global processes and developments. Attend to all execution related issues all across projects to ensure daily output of supplier documentation. Provides feedback & suggestion for improvement of document processing from FMC suppliers transmittals up to client review/approval.

Provides support and process troubleshooting in the production line under wet etch module. Immediate intervention and checking in any equipment alarm or lines issues. Implemented the Out-of Control Action Plan (OCAP) for the production lots affected in the equipment alarm. Closely monitored the Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart and troubleshoot Out of Control (OOC) points from process control charts and rectified with CAPA. Create job files in metrology (measurement) tools for new products. Perform engineering evaluations for cost savings, production output efficiency and diligently gathered the results for further analysis. Liaised with production supervisor on-duty to identify bottle neck and urgent production lots.

Provides immediate support & disposition to equipment breakdown and production lots that encounter process abnormalities under Clean Technology module.> Resolved manufacturing line issues and dispose the products according to Control action System (CAS).> Ensure seamless process flow of products with minimum impact on product cycle time.> Carried out failure analysis and implemented Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) accordingly.> Troubleshoot Out of Control (OOC ) points from process control charts and rectified with CAPA.> Create inline measurement jobfiles in metrology tools.> Conducted engineering evaluation and DOE.> Executed Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) based on DOE/evaluation results.> Coordinate with both equipment and manufacturing sections on machine allocation and product disposition.> Interface with other modules and Product Engineering group for any new device/product kick-off.> Evaluates the results of the process experiments conducted by R&D and Yield Enhancement group.
