In this role, my objective was to provide exceptional customer service to everyone that walks in the door. I was responsible for having accurate knowledge of recipes and be able to answer any questions a customer might have. Providing amazing guidance and assistance to all that come through the door.

In this position, I was responsible to assisting customers with any banking needs they had. It was my job to make sure the customers had an enjoyable experience and left satisfied with the level of service they received. This position was a combination of knowledge of banking and customer service.

Greeted visitors warmly and ensured they had a positive experience. Handled cash and credit card payments with accuracy. Answered phones professionally in accordance with organizational protocols. Used proper telephone etiquette, answered calls and caller questions, and transferred to proper extensions. Provided superior customer service by responding to inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.

As the Hospitality Coordinator I am responsible for all hostess duties including but not limited to answering the phone, scheduling reservations, and representing the company as the first point of contact when customers walk in the door. I am responsible for organizing the seating plans for each shift and training new Hostesses on all restaurant functions.
