I lead an embedded team of project management professionals dedicated to Google. My team focuses on a portfolio of capital projects in Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Palo Alto. As a regional team lead my role entails managing both internal and external responsibilities. Internal to CBRE my focus is on managing resources, team performance and account budget. My client-facing responsibilities include providing monthly commercial analysis of the portfolio, providing financial updates and reports to the controls team, providing project management expertise to the real estate services team, and providing leadership and oversight on projects in my region.I work cross functionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including those in the Google organization, CBRE organization, and outside vendor partners that are engaged on projects in my region.

Project manager working full time on Bay Area Google projects as a dedicated resource onsite at a Google office. My role as Google’s Owner’s Representative is to provide end to end management on Google’s capital projects. My job responsibility includes site selection and due diligence, vendor selection, design management and schedule and budget development, stakeholder management, construction management, risk management and site handover to the occupants.Projects that I have worked on range in complexity and cost, including ground up projects, full gut remodels, heavy to light refresh projects, tenant improvement projects that include lab components and other customized business support spaces, structural enhancement projects and smaller, more nimble headcount/density-focused projects in occupied spaces.

I worked on the Silicon Valley BART Extension project within the Building Group as part of the larger three-way joint venture project team. I was on the team building the new Milpitas station building.- Supported client-facing meetings with both VTA and its stakeholder BART. - Organized and led the material sample reviews with VTA.- Led the weekly OAC meetings and produced the weekly meeting minutes. - Worked with the Design Build architect on material substitution selections and RFIs.- Managed the work of multiple subcontractor trade packages including structural steel, misc metals, roofing (TPO and Standing Seam), architectural finishes, and drywall. - Supported the Superintendent on daily job walks, including drafting site reports and following up on field coordinations with the various trades.- Conducted cross discipline safety walks with the Civil team.
