Responsibilities:• Management of HR Consultants; coaching and support for day to day responsibilities and to ensure positive customer focus and outcomes. • Providing support to HRBP’s on a number of HR processes and system support to enable effective resource management within their portfolios. • Provide support to managers with performance management and disciplinary enquiry’s/cases • Continuous improvement for HR processes and policies• Providing guidelines, advice and resolution to the management on employment and industrial relations issues. Escalating potential risks to senior management and development risk mitigation strategies.• Lead and maintained the implementation of the identity management access system, including change management strategy for business.

St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is part of the NSW-based arm of St Vincent’s Health Australia, the Hospital provides significant training and research activities housing several specialty units that are internationally recognised as centres of excellence. These include heart and lung transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, cardiology, cancer care, AIDS/HIV, respiratory medicine, mental health and drug and alcohol services. My Role as HR Officer was to provide generalist support to the business including but not limited to, • Provide consultancy to employees/managers on a range of industrial relations issues, including award interpretation, employment matters, work performance, misconduct, conflict resolution, mediation, representation and advocacy• Reorganisation support • Provide advice and assistance on day to day operational HR issues
• Liaise with and provide support to Managers on all recruitment and selection activities across the Hospital
