My name is Grace, and I was born and raised in Chicago. My two passions are real estate and people. I love to connect the two, everyone deserves to go home to a beautiful space. I’ve been in the property management industry for 24 years for my own properties, at first I saw it as a hobby. I’ve done everything from marketing to maintaining these properties to creating and keeping relationships with current and potential tenants. I also worked for a major Pharmaceutical company for 16 years as a Financial Analyst where I supported everyone from the ground floor to the President of the company. While I was good at my job, something was missing. Most recently, I bought a 135 year old home with my belated husband. It needed a lot of work! But my life took a turn that I did not expect. After such a tragic loss, I decided to go forward on my own and renovate this home. I oversaw the entire process. From contractors, vendors, color selection, fixtures. I was very hands on. I researched every piece that went into this home. Managed timeline and budget as well! This ignited something in me: seeing a home's potential, and helping people find their beautiful space. A couple years ago I even took a few interior design classes to satisfy my creative side. Something told me that this was my purpose, which leads me to today.
