Represented Arsenal FC as part of a coaching team at Arsenal Football Development Soccer Camp NYC.Responsibilities included:- Lead delivery of sessions in line with camp programme and club values.- Ensure a fun, safe, learning environment was created.- Communicate with team in London and abroad to ensure objectives were met.

Lead delivery of Arsenal in the Community girls development sessions for girls aged 5-9. Ensuring girls can participate in football in a safe, fun, learning environment by planning and deliver high-quality, realistic & fun sessions inclusive for girls of all abilities.

Part of the Primary Schools team at Arsenal in the Community. Responsibilities included:- To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive curriculum PE lessons, Arsenal Double Club extra-curricular sport sessions in primary schools, and work with teachers to enhance knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve the provision of PE and School Sport.- To deliver targeted interventions and workshops as part of the PLPS programme to support students across areas such as Maths, English and PSHE.- To adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures as outlined by Arsenal in the Community and report any incidents.- To mentor volunteer coaches to enhance their skills, experience, and confidence of sport delivery.-To liaise with schools to collect data for MEL and impact reporting. Report data in online data management systems.

Part of the Gap Year Programme, a volunteer coaching programme with Arsenal in the Community. Phase 1 Responsibilities:- Supporting the primary stars team at local primary schools by assisting during the delivery of P.E lessons as well as the planning and leading of after school football clubs at both primary and secondary schools. - Taking part in a coach education programme with the aim of improving as a coach in preparation for coaching in schools and abroad.- Support two training sessions a week and lead one matchday with and U9 football plus team. - Provide GCSE speaking exam practice with students in preparation for their exams in local secondary schools.The second phase of the programme consisted of travelling to México to coach in a community programme.

As a result of a collaboration between Arsenal FC and Girls United, I took part in a 3 month voluntary placement in México. I worked as part of a diverse team, including members from México, Spain, Belgium, and Ecuador, while maintaining regular contact and providing feedback to the team in London. My experience included:• Coaching club and rural community football sessions to girls aged 5-18 with the aim of empowering girls and teaching life skills.• Translating Club documents between Spanish and English.• Working as part of team to organise, advertise, and run club events.
