I have been a Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, Studio Manager and have a total work experience more than 20 years professional experience in advertising, agency/design studio/publishing and in-house corporate. I am well versed in different areas of design for print media including magazines, annual report, coffee table book, newsletter, direct mail, advertising, bus ad, magazine ad, packaging, logo/branding, POP, large scale indoor/outdoor event/exhibition signage / banner and marketing collateral for a variety of different industries including health care, medical, telecommunication, art and culture, banking and finance related, real estate, food and energy related engineering. Well-developed skills translating marketing and business objectives into creative strategies and campaigns. Management experience includes a demonstrated ability to direct, train, supervise and mentor other graphic designers. My key duties and responsibilities include, among others, the following:• Meeting clients to discuss the objectives and requirements• Understanding the client’s needs and developing suitable concepts• Estimating the amount of time needed to complete projects• Mentor other designers (staff, freelance, interns,etc.) and oversee the whole project include from creative brief, planning, execution of artwork, photo-shoot art direction to final artwork.• Produce excellent visual solutions• Collaborating with copywriters, photographers, printers, stylists and account managers to give the best service to the clients• Working alone or as part of a team as per the requirements of the project• Traffic management, by ensuring all briefs are dispatched in the studio according to a designer’s skills and strengths and ensure all work is delivered promptly and to deadline to the relevant people.
