In my role as MMA at Heineken is Interesting and I have learnt many things about office work and now I can apply skills Learnt here during time my have I worked In the TPM department and completes a crisis management pack for manchester brewery. During my here time have I used time management skills to reach deadlines, I have also taken all opportunities afford to me this includes- training courses team lunches and dcs / team meetings. This enabled me meet other people by the business and get Better understanding.

My role as sainburys mostly consists of working on the tills but also being able to assist in over places around the store if I am needed. This again has taught me how to work in a fast paced environment where you must be ready to do whatever is needed 'of you. This job has meant i am working as a part of a team again with varied ages and i think it's not only important to have a good relationship with the customers but also the staff in your team and working with people of all ages has enabled me to do this. I was also then trained to cash tills up and cash up at the end of shift and work as a checkout runner meaning I helped cover overtime, schedules and running my shift on checkouts.

During my time at the ticket office I was responsible for dealing with the public both face to face and over the telephone. I had to deal with queries in relation to sales and refunds for both football and rugby. I also worked on match days when I was responsible for reconciling my till at the close of the business and that it balanced. I worked as part of a busy team, so I learned the importance of multi-tasking and team work. I have gained invaluable experience in working as part of a busy team in an office ,environment . I also gained experience in dealing with the public and sometimes dealing with customers who are less polite, I always ensure that I offer a professional and polite service. Within my role I also had to deal with customer issues over the phone this enabled me to Learn more transferable skills.
