I assisted the development team in multifamily projects, including adaptive reuse, transit-oriented development, mixed-use, active adult, and garden-style, through all stages of concept, due diligence, design, entitlement, financing, construction, and start-up leasing operations.

I coordinated virtual renter education workshops and hosted a launch of a renter education course with the legal department to inform students about landlord/tenant law and the leasing process.

I worked in cross-functional project teams to encourage students to engage in the neighborhoods in which they live. Among these projects, I led an organics recycling outreach campaign in SE Como, secured grant funding for the SE Como Cookout, distributed indoor gardening kits for renters, and conducted small business & community outreach for the historic Dinkytown District.
