I am a student at Penn State, studying Information Sciences and Technology, with a minor in Security Risk Analysis. I am dedicated and hard working and always looking for opportunities to gain more experience and learn from others. My coursework has included IT project management, networking, communications, data systems and cybersecurity risks. I have a strong interest in security risk, especially in the cyber terrorism realm and am looking forward to more classes within my fields of study. This past summer (2022) I was an investment intern at abrdn in the Fixed Income department and plan to return full time starting in the fall of 2023. The previous summer (2021) I had the opportunity to intern with the Information Technology Department at FMC Corporation in Philadelphia as a Security and Compliance Intern. I was able to gain experience with SOX testing and GDPR Training. I assisted in conducting IT Security Compliance training for the 2020-2021 year to ensure all employees are compliant. Also created an events calendar and all education tools for the FMC Global Security Awareness Month in October 2021.I am dedicated to my studies and have earned a spot on the Dean’s list every semester since I enrolled at my college. I am driven and eager to learn from others and my own experiences. I am a dedicated teammate and believe that the best work can only come from multiple, diverse minds working together.
