About Grace Tarler
I am currently a student at Miami University studying Business Analytics with a Co-Major in Emerging Technology and Business Design. I currently work as a Business Analyst Intern at Jergens Inc. where I created a platform for the shop floor and continue to work to improve upon it. This provided me with an opportunity to consult with users of the platform to create a system that involves UX and UI design. As a student, I have not only participated in my studies within the Honors College but have joined a business fraternity where I am able to work with clients to help create a solution. Through my business fraternity, I am provided with the opportunities of working with these clients and not only consulting them but aiding the implementation of a creative solution. I am also the recruitment chair for another organization where we are marketing consultants to local businesses in Oxford, Ohio for various goals and KPIs. My goal is to continue to develop my skills in evaluating gaps, generating creative solutions, and analyzation tools. I am a continuous learner, a team player, and a growth-minded individual who seeks feedback and improvement opportunities.
