My Role as a Chiropractic Assistant at Anderson Chiropractic has developed over the year from managing patient flow, taking medical notes, and operating the physical modalities we offer; to something much greater. "Curiosity has not killed the cat" but has opened up an entirely new world to me. In working alongside Dr. Anderson, I have been given the special opportunity to absorb his knowledge as an excellent Chiropractor, and fall in love with the field of Chiropractic. This experience has fortified my basic knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, having taken multiple A&P courses prior. To a deeper understanding of the Muscular system, Skeletal system, and Nervous system, from hands-on experience that a textbook simply can not convey. While my title is Chiropractic Assistant, my work has felt more like an apprenticeship with the knowledge that I have acquired over the year and a half I have worked for Anderson Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant. And I am excited to continue working in the medical setting, and the new skills I will continue to learn.
