I serve as the primary point of contact for kitchen members, addressing inquiries, cultivating relationships, and proactively managing repairs, regulatory compliance, and resource allocation to meet budgetary constraints.

I managed and tracked the daily progress of a team of 7 couriers; I also took a key role in their recruitment, training and management. I served as the company's primary sales ambassador, allowing me to provide valuable insight into building out an ambassador program and boosting sales. In working with restaurant partners, I assisted in providing comprehensive training on effective communication and packaging standards. With EatMise being a fast-growing startup, I was able to identify opportunities for process optimization, implement efficient systems, and contribute to the development and enhancement of operational procedures related to all facets of the company.

With MB&Sphere still in the launch phase, I contributed to the core operational plan for 2024 by outlining the market analysis, curriculum development and implementation, marketing strategies, and staffing needs. I also helped to ideate and advance the vision and mission statements, as well as the messaging frameworks and value proposition. I have previously assisted in pre-launch development and early stage marketing, primarily through social media and researching potential partnerships.

I worked with international exchange students and CU student partners to make partnerships and long-lasting connections; this includes training CU student partners to be a resource for their exchange partners and introducing exchange students to CU Boulder by providing them with language-learning resources and a strong community. I also assisted in the employee lessons program from an operational standpoint.

The Kobu Foundation serves 60+ families around Boulder, CO by delivering free weekly meal boxes. With the help of CU student volunteers and Community Food Share's anti-food waste approach, Kobu delivers free food to families every Friday afternoon. As the first Executive Director following the acquisition of our 501(c)3, my main goals were to build an effective team, grow and legitimize our operations, and create a solid foundation for future leaders. I managed a team of five as well as the weekly volunteers in order to inspire the belief that anyone can make a positive impact on their community, and I am proud to play a key role in enacting that change. In the last few months, my main priorities were succession planning and ensuring a smooth leadership transition.

Discovered Larklove's current and potential target markets, and researched more about their competitors. Created reports, messaging, and strategies to build a foundation of marketing research and knowledge, especially related to social media.
