I am certified in Mental Health First Aid, and I have skills in mentoring, community engagement, and health education.In my current role, I have designed and delivered programmes such as Weight Management, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Depression Recovery, and Diabetes Management, reaching hundreds of participants and improving their health outcomes. I have also partnered with other health professionals and agencies to promote health awareness and advocacy.
