I evaluate, treat, equip, and collaborate with patients with chronic and/or persistent pain with strategies, tools, and practical knowledge to optimize their function holistically towards better quality of life. I use psychology-informed approaches such as ACT, CBT, mindfulness along with physical therapy treatments. I work within an interdisciplinary team in the Pain Medicine department to best serve our patients. I also work with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in an outpatient rehabilitative setting to help them reach their personal and unique goals. I also provide consultation to other physical therapists in the rehabilitation department, hold in-services, and serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students/interns.

I evaluated and treated patients with general orthopedic conditions utilizing a patient-centered approach. I also utilized treatment approach that emphasized patient education, functional neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques.
