I have also been fortunate and had the opportunity to visit my clients at their various offices around Europe and have also worked at on site roadshows, for example last year I worked at Goodwood Festival of Speed for Nissan selling there branded merchandise. I have a great knowledge and experience of the promotional merchandise industry and am very commercially aware of the clients and company’s needs. My original position when I started with Brand Addition was as an order administrator so I was responsible for processing all stock orders for our customers online web stores that we host. Within six months I was promoted to an Account Executive my responsibilities are to work closely with clients to source and deliver branded promotional merchandise in line with their brand guidelines and working to strict deadlines. I would see the job through from start to finish so from quoting, to artwork and right up until the day it’s delivered. Offering great customer service is something I pride myself on. Serving customers dealing with customer queries, and complaints. Working towards achieving targets everyday, week and month. Cashing up, general standards of the shop. I also use several types of systems working for T-mobile so I am very confident with computers and different systems. On a daily basis I also deal with vast amounts of paperwork and filing systems. In November 2010 I was transferred to the Leigh store and promoted as senior sales in this role it is very similar to my previous role with the difference being I have to lead by example on the shop floor and lead the way on sales, I also take over when my manager is out of the business.

I started off as Full time sales assistant (April 2006- March 2007) - serving customers on the till and fitting room, stock control and replen, help setting up sales and promotions.Full time Supervisor Jane Norman (March 2007 – March 2008) - Running the shop in the evenings, doing open and closes (key holder). Merchandising shop floor and being in charge of sale prep and stock take. Delegating all members off staff, setting them targets and making sure they are achieved. Full time Senior Supervisor Jane Norman ( March 2008 – September 2008)- Same job role as a full time supervisor but for a few months this year we didn’t have an assistant manager so I was taking on the role of the assistant manager as well as my own job roles, also given days where I ran the shop on my own. Concession manager Jane Norman Preston Debenhams (September 2008- December 2008) Job role- training and developing staff, delegating staff and making sure they are working to the best of their ability. Merchandising the shop floor to maximise sales, dressing mannequins. Collating information on shopping trends and sending them out via email to the area manager.
