-Responsible for managing more than 30 fundraising and stewardship events and a budget of $600,000 for Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands, Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky, Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest and Hawai'i 501(c)4, Planned Parenthood Alliance federal PAC, and PACs throughout Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and Washington. Exceeded 501(c)3 event revenue goals by 269% in 2019.-Manage two Event Coordinators - one based in Seattle, WA and one based in Indianapolis, IN as well as contracted vendors and consultants across the country. Provide support and project management to 11 Major Gift Officers. -Set vision for and oversee creation of all creative materials and content for event marketing including videos, print and design, decor, merchandise, social media, advertising, and more. -Create organized and comprehensive project management plans with event specifics, timeline and plan for execution. This included the development and execution of new signature events in Anchorage and Seattle, raising more than $300,000.-Write copy and content for all internal and external messaging and collateral for event specific messages, speeches, press conferences, social media, websites, videos, donor solicitations, and stewardship.-Collaborate internally with marketing, major gifts, direct response, equity, and finance teams, as well as C-suite and Boards of Directors to get internal buy in, support, and inspiration.-Work with legal counsel and legislative affairs staff to ensure compliance with all 501c4, PAC, and lobbying laws.-Implement and lead racial equity impact assessment of fundraising department.-As part of the management team, assist in creating agendas, facilitating team and department meetings, and bi-annual department retreat.Additional workplace involvement: Management Mastery Series training, BE REAL equity committee, Development Officers Conference (DOC) programming committee.
