Work cohesively in an office of 4 physcial therapists that also includes a gym. I facilitate the smooth transition of patients between appointments for all therapists, assist in the implementaion of treatments and exercises such as TENS, hot and cold treatments, stretches, and exercises. I manage time for each patient to ensure they spend the right time on the appropriate warm ups and treatments. I also ensure the therapists keep on schedule by reminding them of approaching appointments, informing them when I start their patient on a warm up, and readying their rooms for each new patient. I use Kareo to manage appointments and keep the schedule up to date, as well as to input and verify patient information and insurance.
