As an experienced Human Resources Advisor, my current portfolio within the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board consists of supporting Senior Staff, union federations, 42+ schools/Principals, Continuing Education programs, and over 800 staff. Throughout the staffing season and school year, I proficiently coach, interpret, and advise both staff and managers on the Collective Agreements, OCDSB policies and procedures, as well as applicable Government Acts and Regulations. In each of my roles, I have demonstrated proactive problem solving skills, oral and written communication, leadership, prioritization, conflict resolution, and customer service.
