Personal Assistant to the PR14 Team and WaterFuture Customer Panel.

In my previous role at Ashfords I was the PA to the Head of Business Development, Head of Commercial Services and the Managing Partner of our Bristol Office.My role included:Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Organising and maintaining diaries including making appointments; Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes; Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the Head of BD is well-prepared for meetings and events; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post including the firms info account; Booking all accommodation, car hire, flight or similar required for Head of BD and team; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Reviewing all potential business opportunities and presenting those of interest to the Head of BD;Taking minutes of meetings attended by the Bristol Partners, staff and those in Business Development;Coding, processing and filing invoices; and Additionally I was the Head of Ashford Charity Committee and also the Travel Manager.In addition to my role as a PA/LSA I also carried out Legal Support duties for the IT/IP Partner and Solicitor. This included:􏰀 opening files for new and existing clients; 􏰀 liaising with clients to arrange meetings; 􏰀 producing bills and assisting with time recording; and 􏰀 full file management including typing schedules required by particular clients.
