Business Manager/AllocatorManage the warehouse operations side of the supply chain - liaison between corporate and 3PL. Process and execute 850/860 transactions as well as resolve any technical issues with failed transmissions; i.e. pricing, failed SKU content, inaccurate ratio. Allocate and trigger 940’s. Major accounts include Kohls, JCP, Walmart, TJ Maxx/Marshalls and Burlington. Track fill rates and order status, ensure orders ship on time and work closely with shipping/receiving office. Develop and manage allocation strategies for all major retail trading partners. Recommend solutions between major retail analysts and sales team for problem orders. Track production imports and maintain in-transit report. Run ATS report to identify and react to stock imbalances, negative inventory or over-solds. Help dispute and funnel chargebacks to the appropriate business segment, as well as keep warehouse support updated with current compliance regulations

On-Site Manager for one of the largest children’s apparel manufacturer overseeing 3 separate warehouses. Ensured the goods come in on time, is received accordingly and putaway in order to process and ship to meet our deadlines for purchase orders. Managed the process of the PO’s that are being picked, staged and processed and ensure they are scheduled to ship within retail buyer’s windows. Ensured the CSR’s followed vendor compliance of all our customers to prevent chargebacks which includes routing, packaging and floor ready merchandise.
