Oversee study management personnel to ensure timely delivery of high quality project deliverables and databases. This Committee is responsible for reviewing and approval for all study related documents for the Pivotal Phase I, II and III studies in all therapeutic areas.Lead a cross-functional and multi-geographical Committee in the US, France, Germany, and Japan.

Provide strategic and operational expertise in global clinical development and trials in the US, Western Europe, Asia, Pacific, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities included strategic and business planning; direct and oversee all clinical projects; global business development; plus P&L for the China Operations.Conducted training of FDA/GCP regulations with US/UK experts to a total of 200 medical universities and clinical pharmacology bases in Beijing, Shanghai, Guanzhow, and Chengdu for performing human clinical trials.

Active participation in the IND and NDA submission processes. Extensively involvement in phase I, II, III, and IV global clinical trials in the US, EU and the rest of the world (ROW).

Designed and conducted in vitro and invivo drug metabolism studies for the CNS and many therapeutic areas. Identified drug metabolites and correlated metabolites with their pharmacological activities. Published and presented 25+ papers in the drug metabolism areas.
