I am the Senior International HR Manager at Protiviti, a global consulting firm that delivers deep expertise, objective insights, a tailored approach and unparalleled collaboration to help leaders confidently face the future. We operate in a matrix environment, with a network of more than 85 offices in over 27 countries.In my role, I work closely with our business leaders and HR teams across 13 countries in APAC & Europe to deliver global and regional people projects in support of our HR strategy. I am also responsible for leading a number of our international people processes across the HR spectrum, with a particular focus on employee performance and reward, and take an active role in shaping and delivering the HR strategy across the international region.
