Used QAD (ERP) software to identify affected honey batches in finished goods, collected retention samples and sent them for testing to ensure they complied with the new regulations.- Stability trials - Set up stability protocols, conducted in-house testing, managed stability data from internal and external labs, investigated shelf-life extensions, and created annual summary reports.
