• Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy plan for Asia in consultation with the Manager of International Recruitment and Service• Analyzing the student market, planning penetration strategies, and identifying emerging opportunities to support institutional enrollment goals from Asia• Performing presentations to prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, faculty members, colleagues from other universities, administrative staff, and consultants• Identifying, reviewing, and engaging with potential third-party representatives and agents while working within the goals and objectives established by the international recruitment department• Organizing and coordinating a number of recruitment campaigns, such as calling campaigns, chat campaigns, email campaigns and mailing campaigns• Planning and organizing university overseas missions led by senior administration and faculty• Liaising with and advising students and guardians throughout the admission process.• Maintaining a database of information about target recruitment areas, contacts, prospective students, and visit results
