Ouellette & Associates is a professional services firm that provides leadership development services to technology organizations to companies in a vast array of industries and locations across the United States. I work across our sales, administrative, and leadership teams to streamline processes across Ouellette and Technology Partners.

Nova Literary-Arts Magazine is an award-winning literary magazine at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with over 50 years of tradition and excellence. As Editor-in-Chief, I managed a budget of $25k, 8 staff members and 3 volunteers, and all operational expenses and decisions. As a Department Head, I served on the Student Media Board with four other department leaders and oversaw division-wide operations and a budget of $350k. I was also responsible for all creative decisions, including key layout, design, content, marketing, and production decisions. For Volume 55, I overhauled our submission auditing process, secured additional funding from the Media Board, created a podcast to talk about Nova's submission and production process, and increased campus engagement by improving onsite events and newsstand distribution. Volume 55 is currently nominated for four national awards, with state-wide awards pending nomination later this fall.

As Associate Editor, I managed 2 staff members and was the head of the Content Team. I was responsible for all submission auditing, weekly blogs for the Nova website, and our weekly newsletter, which I created to connect with on and off-campus communities– with hundreds of subscribers. I also planned and executed our yearly month-long gallery display and public-facing reception for the magazine's publication launch. Volume 54 won 8 awards on a state and national level, including Best of Show at the North Carolina College Media Association Awards.

Genuent, LLC., now INSPYR Solutions, is a recruiting firm with offices in Atlanta, GA. I worked as a part-time Intern and conducted candidate searches and prescreening calls for technical roles in various industries, including data scientists, product managers, and QA analysts.

Accrue Partners is a staffing firm in Charlotte, NC, who has worked with companies local to the Carolinas for over 20 years. As a Recruiting Intern, I sourced candidates and conducted prescreens for roles in Information Technology, Human Resources, and Marketing. I prepared candidate lists, resumes, and other supplementary documentation for full-time recruiters. I also assisted in a long-running contractor tracking project, where I interviewed inactive contractors to update our CRM and track leads for open roles.
