I managed various areas of the California Alternate Assessment for Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP), including the development of the academic growth model for CA K-12 students. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managed development of an academic growth model for California K-12 students by facilitating collaboration among world-renown measurement scientists and CA state officials, defining requirements, and monitoring schedules. This resulted in a new measure to support student learning in 2021, a state priority since 2015. • Facilitated collaboration between researchers and state officials for academic studies to be featured in conferences and academic journals, resulting in five presentations in education conferences and several publications in academic measurement journals

K-12 statewide academic testing program, I managed various areas of the program, including the California Alternate Assessments (CAAs). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managed California Alternate Assessments for English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics by interfacing between client and FCEs, driving development against scope while monitoring schedules, resulting in successful annual launch of assessment, customer satisfaction, and reduced variance against schedule baseline. • Conducted observational studies of assessments live in schools to inform development and efficacy of experimental science assessment in pilot year. Data collected contributed to identifying effective and ineffective aspects of assessment that informed final product delivered to students in subsequent years
