Financial inclusion and digital finance->Drove digital usage to 70% ->successfully increased uptake of digital finance up to 70%-> Mobile and interbank operations - negotiated contract, co-designed, implemented and supervised project pilot, UAT & signoff and handed over to BAU for scaling.->International & National money transfers - developed business case, outsourced partner, negotiated contract, supervised the project, developed procedures, trained staff, piloted and rolled out.->Super-agent business - developed business case, sourced out partners, negotiated commercials, agreed on the model to be applied, implemented, developed procedures, trained staff, piloted, developed KPIs and rolled out->Tanzania Interbank Settlement System (TISS) - led the bank into joining TSS to ease bank payments between other banks and managed the transactions and reconciliations.->HaloYako Mobile savings & loans/MCF - co-created HaloYako product, outsourced partners, negotiated contract, handed over to commercial business, remained a steering committee member and managed the back office aspects of the product pilot and scale->Mobile banking/MCF - negotiated contract, implemented, provided business requirements and supervised the project up to pilot stage, agreed on reconciliation rules and handed over to commercial for BAU. Managed the off-site monitoring.->Cashless banking - successfully transformed a bank branch into a cashless branch ->Agency Banking /MCF - implemented, supervised the project, developed procedures and scaled operations.
