As a direct admit accounting major of Kelley School of Business, I am always seeking out ways to improve my skills and interests. I prioritize resourcefulness, task-orientation, and strong leadership. Throughout my many high school roles as a treasurer, class officer, and show choir dance captain, I always found a way to make the most impact. With Covid-19 affecting many of the plans I helped make for the student body, I found ways to reuse plans, work with the covid restrictions, and keep a positive outlook. At my current job I have proved to be task-oriented and organized, making the best environment for our residents and my fellow colleagues. I implemented my knowledge of previous positions and personal connections within the building to tackle new challenges and improve the process of many tasks within the position. I’ve made positive changes in many ways throughout each department, finding areas of improvement along the way.With my high school experiences of leadership and the many opportunities to come, I believe a leader can affect the outcome of the many. This is why I continue to work on these skills, being the best team member and leader I can be.
