Interior Culture by Obiageli is a full-service interior design and furniture-making firm committed to design excellence, responsiveness, and sustainability. My responsibilities as a Senior designer include;· Initiate early-stage research to identify effective methods for executing each project, which has led to an increase in work efficiency and turnout rate by 8%.· Develop spatial concepts, presentation drawings (floor plans, interior elevations, sections) 3D renders and mood boards of proposed spaces that show the creative process and design progression.· Collaborate with operations and project managers in subcontracting fabrications by providing all FF& E specifications and technical drawings required in each project, which has accelerated production time by 12%.· Manage aspects of 100+ interior design projects by facilitating meetings with clients and sub-contractors, as well as conducting site visitations and supervisions, which has helped in achieving thorough and cost-effective projects.· Lead small teams of 1-4 junior designers and initiate design strategies and processes that have enabled the team to deliver high-quality projects from concept to completion.
