I have over 20 years of business experience. In 2000, started in the engineering field providing business development, human resources & administration. Completed my bachelor degree at RMU in their adult continuing education program & attending classes at night, I completed my BS while working full time. I transitioned my knowledge to the manufacturing field for over 12 years by reading engineering prints, providing estimating, product management, sales, and business development. I am knowledgeable in SaaS, and I have a knack for opening doors for new business. I excel in account management, research development, communication, customer service & business development with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. Showing respect and kindness to each individual, I find is arguably one of the most important qualities a professional should have. Some other characteristics I find important are; treating each person's time as important as your own, owning your mistakes and learning from them, always keeping the communication lines open to help prevent miscommunications that can cause issues in the future. Always keep yourself surrounded by positive people.Every morning I thank God for all my blessings and continue to strive to do my best every day.
