The Claims Conference is a global, non-profit organization committed to providing a small measure of justice to Holocaust Survivors. Since our founding in 1951, the Claims Conference has secured more than $90 billion from the German government in indemnification for Survivors. In 2021, the Claims Conference distributed approximately $625 million in direct compensation to over 260,000 survivors in 83 countries and allocated approximately $640 million in grants to over 300 social service agencies worldwide that provide vital services for Holocaust survivors, such as home care, food, and medicine.As a Senior Program Officer, I oversee an $80M grant portfolio of institutions across United States, Canada, and Europe to ensure compliance with standards and policies of international government and private foundation funds. I am responsible for onboarding new staff to our Allocation/Programs Department, and directly manage a Program Assistant.

The New York Women's Foundation is a 30-year philanthropic institution, and the largest women's fund in the country. Its mission is to create an equitable and just future for women and families by uniting a cross-cultural alliance that ignites action and invests in bold, community-led solutions across the city. Managed a portfolio of 30+ organizations building solutions to some of the most intractable issues related to women and girls' economic security including increasing living wage opportunities and growing industry workforce participation, securing safe and affordable housing, decreasing gender-based violence, and implementing gender-specific reforms in the criminal justice system.

Formed in 1994, the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation mission is to sustain the economic revitalization of all communities in Upper Manhattan through job creation, corporate alliances, strategic investments, and small business assistance. As a Program Officer for the Cultural Investment Fund (CIF), I was charged with managing a portfolio of over $4 million in grants to some of the city's most dynamic arts and culture organizations that represent a wealth of traditions and histories including The Apollo Theater, The Studio Museum in Harlem, The Museum of the City of New York, among others.

In addition, I co-authored an extensively research report covering a 12-year period on our cultural investment strategy and the impact on the nonprofit landscape in northern Manhattan, entitled Leveraging the Power of Cultural Investments.

The National Urban Fellows’ Academic & Leadership Development Fellowship Program is a rigorous, 14-month, full-time graduate degree program comprising four semesters of academic course work and a nine-month Mentorship assignment, and culminates in a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the City of New York's Baruch College, Austin Marxe School of Public and International Affairs. Was selected by Chief Operating Officer to assist with the due diligence process of a $22 million dollar hotel development with medical facilities - the first of its kind in northern Manhattan.
